Payments, Dispatch, Privacy, Cancellations, Returns and Complaints

Payments

Orders can be placed by adding items into the ‘wheel barrow’. Payment through the website can be made by WIX payment or PayPal. Wix payments accept all major credit cards, Visa, Mastercard, Discover, AMEX, Cup, JCB and Maestro.

 

Dispatch

We aim to send out orders within 10 working days. If for whatever reason this is not possible, we will make contact with you to discuss delivery timescale.

We do our best to send our parcels out to ensure they are not sat in depots over the weekends/bank holidays.

We send orders out 1st class Royal Mail or courier, depending on the size of the order and only ship within the UK mainland at this time.

 

When your order arrives

Any relevant documents required with your order will be found as you open your box/package.

Please unpack plants as soon as possible and recycle/compost packaging materials where possible.

Some plants may have been cut down to aid safe transit, this is never done to the detriment of the plants, 

 

Privacy Policy

We collect and use a minimum amount of your personal data. Your data includes details that you provide to us such as; your name, address, email, phone numbers and any other details of your orders.

 

We do not pass your data on to third parties. We only use your information for correspondence regarding your order and to instruct Royal Mail/ Couriers to deliver your parcel. To fulfil mail orders, we do have to pass on a minimal amount of your details such as name, address and in some cases contact details to couriers/Royal Mail.

 

If any of your details change whilst you have an order placed with us please let us know quickly so we can amend them to ensure your order gets to you smoothly.

Wix also processes card payments (not PayPal)

The Wix store checkout process is secured by HTTPS/TLS encryption and it is safe for all customers to purchase through the Wix site. Additionally, Wix stores only works with payment gateways that offer the highest level of security certification (PCI DSS level1)

Cancellations and Returns 

You may cancel your order up until we package your plants. Due to our efficient system some orders may be sent out next day so please contact us promptly if you need to cancel your order.

Under the consumer contracts regulations, you have the right to cancel orders and return goods. Your plants will always be sent out in a good, healthy condition and therefore we do not believe that the right to return goods is applicable once plants have been sent out.

Any problems or complaints with your plants when they arrive please contact us, we do not accept responsibility for the failure of plants due to incorrect care or adverse weather conditions after your plants have been sent out.

We will of course endeavour to sort out any problems that may occur.

 

We are not VAT registered.

We do not offer discounts unless stated by a sale of certain lines at our discretion.
